Case pack
Case pack — The number of sellable units in the shipping case, printed on the line so the reorder unit is explicit and counting stays to one figure.
Inner pack
Inner pack — A smaller sellable grouping inside the case, such as a five-pack or a six-pack, that the case holds as an integer count of identical packs.
Stock in Mexico
Stock in Mexico — Inventory physically held in Mexico at the time of inquiry, which is what lets a reorder ship without an overseas lead time eating the shelf turn.
Inquiry-to-order
Inquiry-to-order — Ordering without a live checkout: the buyer sends an inquiry, receives the confirmed price and delivery, and the order is placed on that confirmation rather than through an online cart.
